1. The service

Bedtime Atlas () is a geography game and bedtime story experience offered by ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Free and full versions

Some adventures are free. The full version ("Full Atlas") is a one-time purchase that unlocks every adventure on the Google account used to buy it, on any computer in your household, for as long as Bedtime Atlas is offered. It is not a subscription. If we ever stop offering Bedtime Atlas, we will give at least 90 days' notice.

3. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Promo and gift codes

Codes have no cash value, may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses, and may not be sold. We may disable a code that is shared publicly against its purpose.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bedtime Atlas for your family's non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its content. Schools and groups: write to us for a classroom licence.

6. Content

We work hard to make facts, maps and stories accurate and kind, but they are simplified for children and may contain mistakes. Photos are credited on the Photo credits page under their own licences. Borders and names follow common international usage and are not political statements.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for your Google account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of the service.

8. Liability

Bedtime Atlas is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
